After High school in Amsterdam (Mulo) he worked by various agencies and studied law. He became legal advisor and Deputy Director bij Praxis Advies, Oss and later senior jurist by Vesting Finance, Hilversum and did lawsuit proceedings.
He was also working as legal adviser -unpaid volunteer- for refugees from Eastern Europe and got in touch with people from Armenia and Georgia. To support people in these countries in a sector that really matters, he started to work more in the agro sector and founded HTS.
Morris P. Kerens is since 1997 working in Georgia and Armenia, in the Agriculture sectors and became familiar in both countries.
Because of this specialization he built a large reliable network in Georgia and Armenia, has frequent contact with farmers and officials and has a thorough knowledge of the relevant sectors.
Mr. Kerens is well known by the relevant embassies and governments.
He has been proven to be a reliable consultancy in Georgia and Armenia with thorough knowledge of the culture, market and agriculture sectors in both countries. Thanks to over two decades of experience in both countries, He often invited as a spokesman on information meetings about Georgia and Armenia by the government, embassies and companies in the Netherlands and an often consulted source of information.

Mr. Mkrtchyan has lived in Georgia, Armenia and The Netherlands.
Before joining HTS he gained experience with several of his own businesses.
Mr. Mkrtchyan has been working at HTS in the agriculture sectors for more than 20 years now.
Because of this specialisation Mr. Mkrtchyan built a large reliable network in Georgia and Armenia, he knows what is going on and knows many farmers. He has regular contact with the Dutch embassy in Tbilisi and organisations of farmers in Georgia and Armenia. Mr. Mkrtchyan, has organised various seminars in Armenia and Georgia to bring Dutch and Georgian/Armenian companies into contact with each other and trainings.
